Engineering Procurement Construction Commissioning (EPCC) in Data Centers

Our projects are delivered based on EPCC model, where our scope of work encompasses engineering and design, procurement, installation and construction, and testing and commissioning, to maintenance and support services.

Electrical Engineering

Our electrical engineering capabilities encompass the full scope of design, procurement, construction and installation, testing and commissioning, as well as maintenance and support of power systems, such as power substation works, electrical supply distribution, LV, MV and HV power distribution systems, works and temporary power supply systems.

Civil & Structural Engineering

Our civil and structural engineering works are ancillary in nature and facilitate the works to be carried out under our M&E engineering works such as Earthwork and foundation work, Trenching and ducting, and Superstructure construction and landscaping.

Mechanical Engineering

Our mechanical engineering services typically include the design, supply, installation and commissioning of, amongst others, ACMV systems, cold water and sanitary plumbing system, fire protection systems such as sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps and associated piping networks and BMS to ensure operational reliability, safety compliance and environmental control. Such mechanical systems are generally delivered as part of our broader electrical EPCC scope as supporting systems for power substation and related power-intake facilities, rather than as standalone mechanical contracts.

Maintenance Works

We provide maintenance and support services for M&E systems to complement our M&E engineering solutions on a periodic basis for scheduled preventive-maintenance (depending on factors such as usage patterns, equipment types and customer requirements) or on an ad hoc basis for unscheduled breakdowns.

Our project customers may enter into maintenance contracts with us following the expiry of the DLP. Our completed projects are subject to DLP ranging from 12 to 24 months, depending on contractual obligations, during which we are required to rectify and service the delivered electrical systems in the event of any malfunctions or defects.
